I am an Enneagram 1 and former perfectionist. My husband and I have three children. Our oldest child has Autism and we live in Nashville, Tennessee. I am a lover of country music, working out and baked goods. The motherhood experience was somewhat of a shock for me. I wondered why no one told me how hard it was going to be! My husband has always worked long hours and I found myself parenting alone most days. I struggled with children that required “more.” We have gone through fussy babies, autism, speech delays, picky eating, sleep problems, separation anxiety, a highly sensitive child and so much more. I lived in survival mode for a long time and I was in burnout. I had nothing left after the kids went to bed and was at the end of my rope. Then I stumbled upon this work. It changed my life and my motherhood experience. I am now certified through The Life Coach School so I can help others moms with the same experience.
